Payment Terms

 

We want your experience with us to be a pleasant one, and the following terms and conditions will clarify the obligations between buyer and seller.

PRICES:

     Our listed prices represent our retail selling price to you the customer. Prices may be subject to change over time due to increased printing costs and exchange rate fluctuations. Prices stated do not include shipping and handling charges or Michigan state sales taxes (Michigan residents only are charged), which are added separately in the shopping cart check-out.

     ORDERING:

     There is no minimum order! You can place an order by postal mail, e-mail, directly from our website using our secure on-line order processing, or telephone our order department toll-free: 800-919-8819.

     MAIL ORDERS:

     Please write out your order including quantity, title, author, price, your name, shipping address, and your telephone number in case we have any questions about your order, and send it to: The Servant People, 145 S. Please add shipping and handling to your order as follows: USA Economy deliveries to $20 add $4; $21 to $50 add $5; $51 to $100 add 10%; over $100 add 8%. USA Expedited/priority deliveries to $20 add $6; $21 to $50 add $7.50; $51 to $100 add 15%; over $100 add 12%. Foreign mail orders please email us for a freight and handling quote or see automated freight quote on our shopping cart page.

     E-MAIL ORDERS:

     We encourage you to use our secure on-line order processing for greater safety. However, you may wish to notify us that an order with check is in the mail, and we will have the order boxed and ready to send upon receipt of your check. If you wish to do so, please email all specifications required, including quantity, title and author, price, your name, shipping address, and your telephone number in case we have any questions about your order.      PAYMENTS:

     We offer secure, on-line payment by VISA, Mastercard, and discover. We accept checks and money orders by mail, as well as VISA, Mastercard, and Discover by mail or internet. If paying by check, payment must accompany the order. Returned checks are subject to a $10 fee over the amount of the check. Please make U.S. checks or money orders payable to The Servant People, and Canadian checks or money orders to CBIA (Canadian British-Israel Association).

     SHIPPING:

     All orders are shipped by normal post (in the U.S.A. economy is called "media mail" and expedited is sent as "priority mail" via the U.S. postal service) as soon as possible after payment. Estimated delivery time in the U.S.A. for economy is 1 to 2 weeks, and for expedited is 4 to 8 business days. Upon special request, we will ship next day air, or UPS ground (usually 2 to 3 days in the USA). We can advise the cost of next day air or UPS ground before shipping. We also ship worldwide; shipping and handling information is calculated automatically on our shopping cart for overseas shipments to most areas of the world. Please note that overseas delivery times vary and may take up to 3 months for economy mail to some countries. These shipping time frames are contingent upon when your order is received, processed and shipped. We normally ship within 24 to 48 hours upon receipt of order.      RETURN POLICY:

     Goods are returnable in the event of shipping error, defect, or damage only. We must be contacted within ten (10) days of receipt of the order. We then will pay for return shipping and gladly reship the new item. All sales are final after ten (10) days.
